1980s Black Velvet Tulip Skirt Mini Cocktail Dress open back it's in good conditionThis late 1980s Byblos mini cocktail dress was made in Italy of a black 67% cotton 33% rayon velvet and lined in a viscose blend. The sleeveless fitted top has a Basque waist. The pleated tulip skirt parts to reveal a ruffle underlay meant to resemble a petticoat. The dress zips up the back.
