70's Ruffled Blouse Shirt Dress with Bolero Vest by Verona black suede dress jacket is a smidge tooThis 1970's dress with vest is super cute. It looks like a blouse and skirt but they are attached. The blouse has a pretty crocheted ruffle trim down the front and on the collar, with round plastic buttons. There's a short zipper in the front at the waist. The fabric is a lightweight linen of some sort no fabric content label. Made by Verona. Very good condition. Measurements Shoulder 15" Bust 34" Waist 26" Sleeves 25" from shoulder to end of cuff
