There are no remaining labels but we believe it to be an American designer piece. The skirt is comprised of genuine metallic thread lace, sequins, silver tinsel, and ombr floral detailing. It does up the side with a Lightning zipper, has a 2. 5" black velvet waistband, and has a 17" slit up the left side. It's in excellent condition and ready to wear. Measurements:
