The body of the vest is light weight soft suede, and has fun ribbon details where there is two pockets. It is fully lined in satin. The ribbon is a popsicle and polka dot print! The Fur is fluffy and takes up most of the Vest while on. Its very small, suitable for an XXS gal. Or could be a childs large. Bust is 30 inches, but since there are no snaps or closures, I wore it open and it looked great. I am an XS, 31 32
