40’s Brown Straw Half Hat atomic • 2 angle cut waistStyled as a half hat with the asymmetrical front. Left side holds a wide grosgrain ribbon, front holds a wide fold that creates a front point. Along the front is a narrow grosgrain ribbon that covered a plastic tension band for placement security. There are some condition issues.
