Produced for margiela in the 1990s early 2000s by italian knitwear manufacturer miss deanna, the phrase "X WIDE NECK" has been painted onto the inside of the tshirt at the back neck and, unsurprisingly, it indeed has an X WIDE NECK. Although the cuff and hem has been finished with a cover stitch, the edge of the X WIDE NECK itself has been left unfinished, giving the appearance of a LESS WIDE
