It features big shoulders, long sleeves, front self tie fringed sash, big black velvet decorative buttons, back zip closure, and calf length. The fabric is rayon polyester blend and it's lined above the waist. It measures 38" around the bust, the waist is 29", the sleeves are 15" from the underarm and the length is 46". Excellent condition. Dry clean. Size Small Medium.
