Tres Palacios, Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva, Chile, 750mL Shellfish Assemblage of 2017-2019Intense red in color, this wine has aromas of red fruits such as raspberry and wild strawberry, with delicate touches of pepper, cassis and hints of tobacco. The fruit first noted in the nose is felt again in the mouth, highlighting the red fruits and pepper. It is a delicate and mellow wine but, at the same time, the presence of tannins prolong the taste on the palate. Easy to drink and ideal for accompanying red meats and casserole dishes.
