Poderi Cellario E! Rosso - NV (1L) Size:1L sweet perfume of black currants100% Barbera. Hand harvested into small bins. Spontaneous fermentation. Ten days maceration. Aged in 100hl cement tanks for one year. Bottled with minimal sulphur (~10ppm) and without sterile filtering or fining. This is a excellent wine for lighter meals and warmer weather. It offers a bright red fruits, medium body, gentle tannins and sufficient acidity to balance the wine, even when chilled.
