Permabond POP - Polyolefin Primer 4 oz tc1630 ~ Thin with alcohol forPermabond POP Primer is to be used in conjunction with Permabond cyanoacrylate adhesives on especially difficult surfaces like silicone. Silicone is challenging to bond and the only adhesives which adhere well are silicone based adhesives and cyanoacrylate adhesive after the silicone has been primed with Permabond POP. How to bond silicone? Wipe with isopropanol to remove any release agents. Apply POP and allow to dry. Bond with Permabond
