An mSATA SSD such as a Samsung T5 or 860 EVO has to be removed from the case and the thermal adhesives stripped off. An included mSATA adapter and an included replacement adhesive then adapt your SSD into the LunchBox case, and then you're ready to connect and screw in the full assembly to
