Georgian Gold Turquoise Giardinetti Ring Size:5.75 The back features an ovalDATE: Georgian, c. 1820 A perfectly formed antique Giardinetti (flower basket) ring, dating from the Georgian period, circa 1820. The flowers are modelled as forget me nots, and each petal and the basket are gorgeously set with vibrant turquoise cabochons throughout. Its modelled in buttery 15k yellow gold, with a slim band and lovely open worked head. Antique jewellery often includes floral motifs, as part of their "Language of Flowers". It had a
