Bodegas Albamar Rías Baixas Albariño, 2024 wheat ale methodology and rigour to barleyThis 100% Albario is sourced from estate fruit, harvested from a range of parcels with granite soils. The wine is raised primarily in tank with a small percentage of neutral barrel. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation and is ripping with classic Albario acidity. Pair this with pulpo a la gallega.
