Combine this with a base and neutral spirit or vodka for a taste experience inspired by a top shelf spirit. Mixing Instructions: Shake well and add contents and 930 ml (31 US fl oz) 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka to Top Shelf Liqueur Base B (made up as per base instructions).
