Various animals (birds, quadrupeds), people engaged in mysterious tasks, and more abstract iconography reminiscent of scales or temples adorn each of the square faces at first I thought they were zodiac but that doesn't add up possibly Egyptian Hieroglyphs? What I can tell you is that it bears English hallmarks for 18k gold, and dates from the turn of the 20th
