The appassimento method gives this wine a very unique set of qualities. It is rich in flavor without being overpowering and has a lovely amount of acidity to back up the body and tannin. An intoxicating bouquet of chocolate plum, blackberrry and prunes, this wine is a treat with a ribeye.
