Champagne Pinot-Chevauchet 'Joyeuse' Brut, N/V (1.5L) brujas Our bottle is hand-made fromThis Champagne is a blend of 80% Meunier and 20% Chardonnay, with the 2016, 2017, and 2018 vintages serving as the base wine. It sees five years on its lees, two more than is legally required for a vintage champagne. With 7g L of dosage, and being mostly Meunier, this wine comes out floral and fruity with a wild red berry and herb flavor profile. It finishes extremely fresh after its delicious, chewy palate, and would pair really well with grilled
