From the early 19th century

From the Colonial Pottery located on the border of two of the Staffordshire towns

however the border is that of the Aster pattern

crazing is present and minor discoloration around top of lid

It is decorated in a floral and scroll pattern. The scalloped dish also features a hand painted 22 k gold border and highlights. Measures: 6 5 8" x appx 3. 25" x . 75" deep Condition is excellent with only a little wear to the gold painted trim around the edge and some crazing.
