To create this unique blend of straight rye whiskies, Willett hand selected 10 year Kentucky rye barrels. Wolves chose rye barrels that were aged in Indiana for 7 years and an additional 3 years in Northern California to soften the rye spice yielding a richer profile with smooth caramel and vanilla notes. A true fusion of time
