Saline, textured, stone fruit A textured, saline orange wine from vines grown just metres from the Mediterranean. Hand harvested Malvasa grapes spend 5 days on skins before wild fermentation in concrete, followed by ageing on the lees. Salicornio is named after a salt loving coastal plant and this wine shares its seaside spirit. Light golden in colour with aromas of orange blossom, apricot and a touch of peach. The
